The CAMPSITE
The area
The campsite is placed in the middle of the Tombolo della Giannella covers a surface of about 6 hectares.
The nearest town is Albinia just 5 km away, and at 9 km you will find Orbetello, Porto S.Stefano and Porto Ercole.
Within a range of 30 km historical, archaeological and naturalistic featured sites. Places like Capalbio, Vulci, Sovana and Pitigliano are really worth to be visited , not to mention Saturnia with its warm sulphurous waters.
Still in the surroundings many Naturlastic
Areas like the Oases of Burano, Ceriolo, and the Natural Park of Maremma.
The main campsite - features
There are 240 pitches of 70 sq. meters each, all shaded and furnished, electrical power supplied (max 600W).
18 of these pitches are assigned to lodge campers.
23 pitches are reserved to the dogs' owners, who are always welcome.
The 20 Unit Houses are prefabricated. Hot water is obtained thanks to the adoption of solar panels and to avoid wastes, drinking water is supplied via smart taps (with timers); each of these 20 units is electrical supplied (max 2.000W).
Cars and motorbikes cannot run within the campsite, this is for safety reasons.
Our solutions
To those who don't own their proper camper or caravan:
- Camper or unit houses 2 places and 4 places, with or without bathroom, equipped with Kitchenette, fridge and heater.
- unit houses 5 beds, 2 bed rooms 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchenette, bathroom and veranda, all of them air cooler and hot water
equipped.
